Guided Pathways

Sirron Norris is passionate about applying his creativity and talents towards educational initiatives that enhance the student experience and increase their chances for student success.

In 2019, The City of San Francisco’s Office of Early Care and Education (OECE), City College of San Francisco and San Francisco State University collaborated with Sirron Norris to create student-facing educational pathway maps. Sirron collaborated with the various agencies and took student focus group data to develop pathway maps in Early Childhood, and Teaching. Sirron’s unique art style brought his articulate perspective to bear on the final guides making them visually attractive and readily consumable. The completed maps are helpful towards the statewide Guided Pathways effort in the California Community College system. They provide a solid roadmap, laying out the steps for students to be successful in these sectors. Contact us if you are interested in the development of maps in a variety of majors and sectors.
